Taste of Elegance 2019
The Michigan Taste of Elegance is an annual chef's competition designed to encourage chefs to creatively prepare and feature fresh PORK on their restaurant, hotel, noncommercial foodservice or catering menus. This contest is open to any and all Michigan establishments that serve pork on their menu!
Would you like to highlight your restaurant, hotel or foodservice company and your culinary pork expertise? Then apply to participate in Michigan’s annual Taste of Elegance!
The purpose of this contest is to provide chefs with an opportunity to create a new, award-winning, pork entree that could be added to their menu. The chef exhibiting the best entree judged on taste, appearance, and originality will be awarded $1,000.
